Consider change in your general mood ( optimism, sleeping, mood at the morning after getting up ) after noticing those tissues in faeces. I am trying to give the hint on the process. There is some rhytm and time dependence of adherence, growth, and detaching and excreting those biofilm tissues and influence on you as body and mood host of biofilm microorganism. What is more noticable in CandidaAlbicanis biofilms than other microoganism biofilms are hyphens and more intensive activity in biofilm community than other pathogen microorganisms.

Maybe you could try to find soome lab or by yourself and
look those tissues under microscop ( if you can see characteristic hyphens that are got out of biofilm matrix ).
