For me Julia's herbs did not make me feel well. I am probably the only one, most people seem to like it.
I use chanca piedra and that has really helped me.

On Ask Shelley #2 under FAQ there are some adresses to buy things in Europe, may be you should check it though I don't know
if it will be helpful.
