i tried to find the selfmade-recipe for Gold Coin Grass, Bupleurum... which somebody posted here, but i couldn't find it. Does somebody here know the link?

and they have been a wonderful help for me. I have been
trying to get well, liver flushe, etc. for 2 years and
just started her herbs 3 weeks ago today and have done
two Liver Flushes since starting them and have come
a long, long way in all the parasites and crushed stones
I passed. Also I had a blockage in a bile duct with
a parasitic mass that had been stuck there for months, causing
horrible Irrititable bowel and with her herbs and a liver
flush--all the bloating, gas, distention and pain was gone.

MoreThis is a reply to # 156,560The problem is, i ordered the herbs from Julia, but the german customs agency does not allow me to get them. So after a lot of unsuccessfull work in trying to get them, i finally had to send them back. And i was so much looking forward to them. As i found no other adress in Europe, i thought of "mixing" them myself, 'cause i read so much good things about the herbs, and i know that they would help me a lot. Otherwise i can try Chanca Piedra, but it's not sure that i can get them in Gemany, or that the quality is safe...

That's actually where I found out about this one lemmon per day thing. So, perhaps if Hulda recommends it I could just trust that it works. I'm still curious to know exactly how it works and how long it would take.

For me Julia's herbs did not make me feel well. I am probably the only one, most people seem to like it.
I use chanca piedra and that has really helped me.
On Ask Shelley #2 under FAQ there are some adresses to buy things in Europe, may be you should check it though I don't know
if it will be helpful.

This is a reply to # 156,695I used to take the liquid 10-15 drops in the morning and 10-15 at night. At one time they ran out and sent me capsules (for free :) ) and I liked the ease and next time I ordered the capsules. I checked with Andreas Moritz , when in doubt I ask him, and he said that was ok.
I take 2 capsules in the morning, according to the directions.
I'll enclose a link from Spirit with the information about chanca, it is good for a lot of other things.
As you can tell you will be busy with reading a lot since there are so many different systems and views.
