From my research, this seems true. However curcumin is apparently not very bioavailable. One would have to take lots of it for it to work as suggested. I wonder if adding pepper would help.
Yes, you are right. Curcumin is poorly absorbed. But keep in mind that since they are talking about Candida and colorectal cancer that the curcumin is going to be coming in to direct contact with both.
Also we do not always need high amounts of substances to work. We only need iodine in micrograms and melatonin in picograms.
