Re: Turmeric Treats Candida Infection and Colorectal Cancers

I wonder if the use of it in curry dishes facilitates bioavailability - as with curried veggies in coconut milk. (Due to the coconut milk/oils/food nutrients) Seems that when I was more able to eat (or had any kind of appetite) and I ordered curried vegetables from a local Thai restaurant, I was tremendously more able to eat and digest - fewer respiratory issues as well.

I've taken to this chopped green apple salad for a couple years now for the ocassions in which I can eat. Chopped green apples, celery, radishes, cranberries, ginger, and coconut in yogurt w turmeric AND a curry spice (with turmeric also, obviously). It just makes me "feel" better. There must be something to it.

I've been all over the turmeric intake for years - but unfortunately do not get enough in my bod for any real long term "healing" benefit to occur.

And swallowing the caps or the loose herb doesn't work. Gets stuck in my throat and results in an all day coughing/dry heave fit.

Urrrggg... Just wish I could EAT!
