I'm with you - I need cooked food in the winter, get more and more raw as the weather warms.
I was macrobiotic for many years, still eat the principal foods daily, with the addition of poultry (chicken and eggs), yogurt and kefir instead of amazake. And I don't know if salmon is considered a deep sea fish, but I eat that now too.
Hard to keep my body temperature, or my perceived sense of warmth, comfortably high in the winter on a mostly raw diet.
