Re: SURVEY: Rotating different diets, or just one all year?

bellywellness,
I tend to stick with this one which can be used pretty much universally as a basis for a diet for health and the reversal/prevention of disease and commonly known as the "Nutritarian way of eating".

Pages one & two...........

In addition, this also helps enormously..............
Lessons 22 & 23.

When the word "diet" is mentioned this has connotations and implications for most people of "deprivation", but this is anything but that.

An all year round way of eating regardless of what some people refer to as ""Eat Right for you Type", which I believe to be a fallacy.
Just my opinion.

Take care.
