Sudden and painful Toothache

Any success in treating a toothache with Colloidal Silver ? Sudden pain while eating is telling me that I likely need some cavities drilled and filled in a few upper molars, and I may need some root canal work done as well. I would certainly like to avoid the latter if possible. I have the following silver inventory at my disposal, and I'm looking for advice, pointers, and techniques:

Homemade Ionic Silver ~8 ppm
ASAP Silver Gel 20 ppm
