So real good Olive Oil has a burn to it?

I got two bottles today, one from Italy that is first cold pressed and another greek from a natural grocer store. Needless to say the Italian one has a real kick and a peppery flavor to it, it is hot going down! Real nice little burn after you swallow it in the aftertaste. I had Braggs and it did little as far as taste or burn did, but it said first cold pressed on it (Inferior to the one I found at Shoppers?).

I guess I was using the wrong stuff all along for months? The ones that burn seem to cleanse more too, both came in glass bottles and were superior to the one before (Bragg).
