Re: Need advice after 12 flushes
I was a microbiologist and lab tech before retiring early because of health problems which turned out to be Celiac Disease. It gave me a good background to understand what I've been learning about yeasts, bacteria, viruses and parasites. Goey bile could be because you are dehydrated, it's recommended that we drink 5 glasses of water a day. I try to drink 3 to 5 glasses of pure water the morning of the cleanse and up to 2pm. The goo may also be mucus from the irritation in the bile ducts and gallbladder. Some bacteria also produce lots of goo, it helps them survive. As for tapeworms, my cats have
Tapeworms and I've seen what look like partly digested segments during cleanses. These are small tapeworms, not the kind you get from undercooked meat.
As for the undigested food in your stools. Start at the top - are you able to chew your food well or do you swallow lumps and large shreds of foods? Do you have enough stomach acids? The acid breaks down the food in the stomach, is necessary for the digestive enzymes to work, keeps you Vitamin B12 levels high and kills off most of the bacteria and many of the
parasites which come with food or what's known as 'hand to mouth contamination'. Some younger people and most older people don't produce enough stomach acids. I take betaine-Hcl - 3-4 capsules with each meal and digestive enzymes - Pancreatin and lipase.
The bile duct and the pancreatic duct enter the upper small intestine next to each other just below the stomach. The bile and pancreatic enzymes are squirted out into the liquified food as it is released from the stomach through the pyloric valve into the small intestine. People with
Gallstones often don't secrete enough enzymes probably because a blockage or inflamation in the bile duct affects the pancreatic duct. Anti-inflammatory herbs amy help this problem but be careful if you take ginger as low amounts are ok but theraputic amounts may cause more gall stone problems.
