I think that the answer has something to do with Dow Chemical- and the mellon institute's demonstrated ability to transmute industrial waste. This is conjecture on my part, BTW...
Fluoride in the water, bromide in the bread. A prisoner's ration of bread and water could kill ya quick, for sure!
