My nose cleared up (for a few days at least) after my first flush. it was great. I had lasting improvements after flush 5 I think. I was also doing many things at the same time to help (see long post). most of which I learned from Andreas Moritz 's forum and book "Key to Health and Rejuvenation". I really recommend that book. staying away from milk and dairy products really helped.

if I eat really badly for a few days, i still get a little stuffy. so i know diet is very important. other than that I have been allergy and sinus problem free for awhile now (i was an allergy med addict). previously, i was like you, sinuses were just stuffed up, only clear or whitish liquid coming out. it really was horrible, I feel for you.

watch your diet, keep flushing, and follow you flushing with colonics, colemas or repeated enemas to get toxins out. you can get that problem taken care of, it makes life so much more livable.
