Thankyou. I don't have back pain at all. I have had times when I cough in a funny position and my diaphragm or stomach feels like it flops on top of a muscle, hurts like hell!!!!! I basically push it back up and over and then the pain stops. I don't know how I figured all THAT out, but I really do think that's what's happening. Oh yea, I read a story about a woman who had her stomach on the outside of her diaphragm {I think, I suck at anatomy} after an operation, they didn't *replace* it right, & she always threw up after eating. She had this happen after every meal for 20 years. Finally she was seeing her DR about some minor prob. & he asked *is there anything ELSE going on with you?* at which point she told him about puking every meal & he just *pushed* her stomach back into place!
...Anyway, sounds like you have the right attitude about it!
I've done 2 Liver-Flush so far and each time my health improves dramatically. so, I'm a convert!
Best wishes. :)
