so far I've been putting all the tinctures together in a little water, and frankly I get a little buzzed with that amount of alcohol because I'm such a lightweight. I'll wait to see what they tell you about that, though.

Post how you like the parasite stuff. I need to do another cleanse soon and was thinking of getting Barefoot's just because it worked well for me in the past, but I recall feeling like it was pretty harsh, though my liver was in worse shape, then.
