I found both of these documents by clicking on the image icon on the right side at the top of the forum page it looks like this.

Both will download to your computer and open in Word or whatever word processing program you use.  

You can read about the Schulze kidney cleanse and flush in the SYL manual, its in chapter 7 page 114.
