Oh yes, I've heard of it. The sales lady at my HFS was trying to get me to buy books on it and all that business years ago. I was so intolerant to every food back then ( still am struggling but not starving to death now like i was then ) There was no way I was going to eliminate anything. I've heard people swear by it though.
