The next morning...

...I had a pretty good night, but dreamed of my usual achey spots, though not achey enough to wake me. Weird.

The achey hip spot (illiac valve? - if that's how it is spelled) hurts somewhat in the hip, calf, and outer ankle, as usual...but not too strong.


Hint - if you eat a lot of a root vegetable recipe, especially with raw garlic or ginger, stay near your bathroom...you'll need it.



Though I don't think the whole problem is 'fixed', the temporary relief certainly is good.
