but yes it can be missed on several tests, Gonorrhea is a type of test that should be repeated.


Repeated tests, as well as also testing for it in throat and possibly also in gastro system could be necessary to exclude it. In some cases it is also not in Urine, but it could actually be other places in body. Amount in urine could also vary through day.

lower back pain related to Gonorrhea is more often associated with what is known as Gonococcal Proctitis (Neisseria gonorrhoea) in the gastro system. Most doctors are not even aware of this and almost never test for it. It can cause lower back problems, gastro problems. Together with this is often observed Gonococcl Pharyngitis (N. G. in throat, can give week sore throat, also weak pain around inside of eyes commonly related to this, as N. G. also can go up there).
