Once you do your first flush you´ll see it is a simple procedure and the results are worthwhile.

I have never done parasite cleansing as I follow Mrs Chang recipe(from www.sensiblehealth.com) and my flushes have been fantastic.

Don´t worry about how many flushes you´ll have to do. Focus on the good results you´ll get after each flush.
Simple and efficient.
