Want to do a liver flush but am very scared!!!

I will be doing a colon/ parasite cleanse soon. When I am done I'd like to do a liver cleanse ,but it sounds so unpleasnt, Im a bit afraid. It sounds like people haver had great results and I don't doubt that this will help me, but Im afraid of the side effects ie feeling sick, vomiting, the runs.....is it all worth it since you should do it ever few weeks until you get all the stones out???
