Hi Cheschire,

I don't think you'll ever regret removing your amalgams. And as I said, you may not have to apply such a strict antifungal regimen after they're out. Hope you'll let us know how you feel after, it will be interesting.

As for detoxing mercury, you could try raw garlic or eating as much garlic as you can, as mercury molecules attach to the sulphur in garlic (the holistic dentist who removed my Amalgams recommended this). So you can detox the mercury that way and at the same time, garlic (raw for me) is one of the best antifungals nature has to offer.

I eat it raw - the whole clove chew and swallow quickly with a glass of water. Oof. But it kills huge amounts of candida.
