yes of course: apple juice is fine as long as it is fresh or freshly squeezed, but I would steer clear of lemonade.

Freshly made veggie broths are fine, but it is the liquid nutrition that is probably best if you have not experienced the return of genuine hunger: this eases the burden on the digestive system which needs to be re-nurtured back into activity.

Some carton juices are better than they used to be, and are sold as freshly squeezed, but they are invariably pasteurized which loses some of the nutritional value as in enzymes and so on.

Fresh and especially organic is always best.
