Hello Zapp,

Won't oat bran feed the candida? Just wondering.

Also, where does one get those kefir grains? I had bought kefir culture (yes in a box) and I got an allergic reaction to it since it contained yeasts - I am allergic to candida and therefore to all yeasts, molds etc.
