I was hoping to get the Candida under control by hopefully killing a bunch of it off by doing a Casor Oil Flush and by doing a Virgin Coconut Oil Detox immediately after. Both of these really go after Candida, one washes a lot of it away and the other kills it. I've been drinking Kefir milk w/ FOS powder (feeds good bacteria to repopulate) for over 2 months and nothing has changed. I was hoping the cleanses would eradicate a good amount of Candida so I can try again with the Kefir/FOS powder.
