My second question is this. I noticed that since I take fiber a couple times a day I need to stay hydrated by drinking more water, however, I noticed that my urine is not as strong as before and it's pale opposed to the morning flow, when it was deeper.
I'm no expert so I'll defer to you guys. I get up 3-4 times at night, so by morning, it's not as deep in color as before.
Also:
At night I DO use a mason jar since I don't want to walk down the hall on cold floors and wake up. I'm a very light sleeper and have difficulty going back to sleep. Does the collected combination of the urine help or harm the situation?
Should I dump it and just use the next morning's midstream supply and not worry about it being pale?
