If you can get hold of the VHS video "Urine: Good Health" you will find that there is a guy with full blown AIDS who began drinking his own urine and had such good results that he went completely off of his medications.  It's a great video, not as professionally done as you would like it, but it has a number of doctor and practitioners comments - runs about 60 minutes.  So, he began UT while taking AIDS meds.
