blood sugar...

Chromium, manganese, zinc, magnesium, perhaps vanadium...

L-glutamine, B complex, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin C

Try to get these things through whole food sources... which includes spices and herbs... a good black pepper for instance will have manganese in it.

Cinnamon is a good spice for this too.

Many herbs and spices including teas contain chromium, such as Holy Basil.

High quality whole grains grown properly at one time, had most of these nutrients in them... these days, it is another story though.
