Re: What do I have to say to explain this

There is one more ingredient, not written there:

High Heat

Once you heat up oils to that temperature, (peanuts are roasted before crushing them into butter), different chemicals are produced.

While 100% healthy liver is able to handle those chemicals with no problems, your liver might have problems.

The only way to know for sure if peanut butter is cofactor in your Acne is to eliminate peanut butter from your diet for as long as 2 -3 weeks, and then to introduce it suddenly, and record the reaction of your skin.

The rule of the thumb is: If vegetable or nut oil is heated, it may not be as healthy as raw oil.

How can you know (without guessing) what foods (and if foods)are the cofactors of your acne.

You eliminate them all (master cleanse, juice fasting, water fasting, soup fasting, whole rice fasting, ...), and then you introduce one by one food items ... one or 2 per day.

Food that gives you acne, is bad.

My bet is: milk (homogenized), cheese (homogenized + usually contains preservatives ), bread (hard to digest, especialy if whole grain, and especialy if your blood is type O), other redy made foods (contain refined salt, salt with harmful additives), ....

If you make bread at home (there are simple bread baking machines that can be programmed and you may have fresh bread in 2 -3 hours), you only put water, wheat or spelt flour, yeast and unrefined salt, you may not have any reaction to that kind of bread, as long as you don't eat too much. You can freeze home made bread, and have it for a long time.
