My diet

I have been eating nothing but natural food for the past five or six months, granted that grocery stores are so corrupted that it's hard to not poison yourself. But my diet has mainly consisted of free range beef/chicken, organic fruit, onions, zero processed sugar, 6 cups of black tea daily, peanut butter without trans fat, sprouted grain bread without flour, pasteurized milk no hormones, cheese with lots of hormones and pasturization. My parents put the Amalgams in my mouth, I have about six of them and they refuse to pay to get them removed. I used to eat lots of sugar, now I eat no Sugar and brush my teeth three times a day. I've done two enemas but I don't have a proper kit to do it with so it's difficult. My parents are rich beyond their wildest dreams but they don't believe that any of this is happening. I suspect that their disillusionment will end up killing them. My mother is a big fan of Splenda and nutrasweet. I've tried to tell them but they seem to be happy the way they are...... my mom is also a nurse practitioner.
