Love your name! (and the group) Guess that was what compelled me to reply, as I've no experience with acne. Still get pimples though, (at 52 yrs old,) does it ever end? I was wondering if you break out predominantly in one area, like chin? That would indicate colon. (sound familiar?) The skin takes the toxic load and breaks out when other means are over loaded. This means that Liver Cleansing alone is not enough. Sounds like you need major house cleaning. The bowel's the most logical place to start as it's THE major organ of elimination. Just like cleaning house, you can move the garbage around from room to room, but till you get it out that back door the place is still a mess. I've got a feeling your diet's a key factor too. Alot of Sugar and meat don't help things. Sorry there's no quick fix, I get frustrated and impatient too. DON'T fast or Master Cleanse, it may be too much for your system. Follow general guidelines for cleanses, pick at least one item from your diet to eliminate (mine was milk)and take it day by day. Good Luck Marj
