ok thanks for that information -

my PH is perfect according to my NT but ill look more into the forum.

I had a fungal infection but have just recieved the retest results saying im all clear.

I have ordered some vit D and my NT has also put me onto more minerals since i posted.

I have some mercury and alluminium in me, i still have too much E coli, my methylation cycle doesnt work properly and i seem to have liver problems but we havent quite worked out what.

the mould may be onto a winner - ive been thinking more about what it could be seeing as i can tell what the weather is before taking my eye mask off and i always wake up nice and warm. so its possibly mould in the atmosphere or something to do with pressure or something that can effect me before i have seen the weather and fluctate on a daily basis.

thanks for your help ill look more into the more into the forum and ive done most of those tests suggested - expect for the fats and amino acids as we havent really got cause to believe its them (unless someone can explain to me why we should think it is!)
