It is very possible that your symptoms are due to adrenal fatigue. You can get a 24hr cortisol saliva test that will tell you. A few quick tests for adrenal fatigue are: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/adrenals-info
Constant stress to the body affects the adrenals. You also might have thyroid issues. The above website also has a link for recommended labwork.
Try to rule out these two before assuming the worst.
