Re: Are we bromine toxic?

From bromide in bread to bromide in seats (I've read here that airplane seats are jam-packed), we are living with bromide overabundance and overexposure.

Ignorance in the past reveals the light of "why" I used to have more symptoms associated with bromide toxicity as well.

What can we do to reduce our bromide load? Supplement with Iodine and saturate our tissues? If more Iodine is present in our environment and diet as opposed to bromide, then would our bodies eventually balance out depending on exposure factors?

What's your take?
