Sounds more like a yeast situation. Look up THRUSH on google and see if this matches your symptoms. Possible that the parasite herbs could be killing off pro biotics in the colon allowing yeast/fungus to proliferate.
I have never heard of white rice associated with parasites, with yeast -yes.
