White rice in mouth? Worms? Help!

Last night and all day today I keep having these small white rice things show up in my mouth. They make me feel like I'm choking. Could these be worms? Haven't had this before I started parasite treatment. Additionally I finally started using the bathroom regularly since last night because I was somewhat constipated after I started using the product.
This stuff in my mouth is small white and creeps me out.
Anyone with advice or information would be so appreciated giving a response. Like I said.. this is Creeping me out so much! Uggghh!
