I did a drop of Iodine in his water before I did the Colloidal Silver so I will go back to that although I may have to do something topical as well.

The thyroid thing crossed my mind, I hope that's not it. If it is would this be from Hyperthyroidism?

The crustiness makes me wonder though if it's more of a Skin Mite thing though or Skin Fungus.
