My impression is that Epiceram is a prescription product and I don't have health insurance, so can't go to a doctor.

I also don't ever have lip slime/white line of dead cells. I used to sometimes, back in the old days when I had normal lips. But with this cheilosis, my lips are either dry and taut, or busy flaking with uneven edges from several changing places on my lips, like cornflakes.
