go to your gyno. if you don't have one, GET ONE. and think first of whether you want a man or a woman, it makes a big difference according to your preference. i don't think it's anything big, but you need to go anyway if you're having any kind of fluid exchanging sex, and he/she can do tests and put your mind at ease...good luck!
