What are my chances..*18 fe* plz very worried

Around October I gave oral sex to my boyfriend..and before that iv never done ANYTHING AT ALL with anybodyelse..and my boyfriend says he hasen't either...but right after my throat started to hurt and a bit later i developed a rash around my vagina that didn't hurt and now little patches of dry skin on 2 fingers..my boyfriend has this rash on this back that he says is just from sweating..and his hands r really dry patchy too I figured this could be syphillis..but how when he hasen;t done anything...
anyway is there a very high chance of me having hiv..with only perfoming oral sex twice..
