i am scared

i am scared, please help enlighten me, i am a 20 year old male for the last year i have been getting sick very often and sometimes severely, in the past i would hardly get a cold once a year, these days i have been having gastro like symptoms alot, flu's, two ear infections that have resulted in ruptured ear drums, tiredness, short term memory loss(if i leave my wallet in a room, sometimes i can wander around for hours before i figure out where i put it)
i have also been having wierd cyst like lumps and boils, n and seemingly no end to the amount of sores i get on my body( i really dont think any of this used to happen to me?)
i also know i have parasitic worms in my intestines because i can feel them moving around close to my anus
and i have had them before,
i also have tinea and a wierd tinea like rash on my groin area :(
all of these things seemed to just pop up, combined with my seemingly almost non existent immune system
it doesnt feel natural, in particular there is what appears to be a cyst close to my coccyx bone on my left butt cheek, close to the middle of my butt cheeks
excuse my language, im very tired at the moment and worried.
its 3am and i cant sleep
i have had this cyst like thing for at least 7 months it doesnt want to go away, its a constant open wound and even worse, recently there is what appears to be a long fleshy
thing potruding out through the cyst thing, im not sure if its my own flesh or some sort of parasite it doesnt really feel painful but its quite itchy and irritable, also im not sure but i think the fleshy thing might be moving in and out of the hole :(
my mum wont take me seriously, she doesnt tend to :(
could i please have some opinions on this, i would intensely appreciate it and the piece of mind it will give me hopefully better understanding my situation and whether or not i should be worried.
