I am attempting a 75% raw diet because I am trying to heal Crohn's and Rheumatoid Arthritis (or some sort of spondyloarthritis). I'm completely confused about how much percent of fat, carbs, and protein I should be eating. The 80/10/10 diet says the majority of calories should come from fruit, but the PH Miracle says that fruit is acidifying and feeds the harmful bacteria/fungus, etc. What percent would be the best for both alkalizing the body and getting rid of harmful bacteria in the body?
