Avoiding foods that cause bad reactions

Dr Jeff,

I am understand that avoiding foods that give any type of negative reaction are best to be avoided. I'm on week 3 of the plan and cooked tomatoes make me flatulent so I avoid them. Unfortunately I have noticed that any chicken or beef that I cook but bring to work also gives me flatulence. Freshly cooked I don't have a problem but I store these in the refridgerator for 4 hours before microwaving them to consume. Is this of a large concern? I've been attempting to come up with a solution but I think I can only eat very little at work or put up with it. Reheated shrimp or fish give me a much worse allergic reaction.
