It is best to avoid foods that don't work for your body for whatever reason. You may want to try placing your food in a bag that maintains the heat or cold temperatures for you when you take it to work. Microwave radiation can fold proteins and make them unusable by the body. The shrimp sounds a little risky, and the fish I'm not sure about.
