Lecithin granules are one of the best things you could do IF they were produced without chemicals. Unfortunately, they use two different chemicals to make them - they can be very beneficial for some things, but they will be very toxic at the same time.
Actually, mountainroseherbs will be carrying organic "granules" in the near future, but I still (probably) wouldn't recommend them because they will be in powder form (not actual granules). And to be able to make a powder the producer had to add other ingredients which aren't worth a s....
If you do this, I have one or two other recommendations for you. I don't want to waste my time on a long post if your not interested in this idea.
FYI - they can't label a product as organic if they have to use chemicals to produce it even if the food is in fact organically grown. This is why you'll never see (or very rarely see) organic soy protein or organic soy lecithin. They use chemicals and solvents to extract these products.
