Yes, they are at the bottom of the page in "Martin's Folder", posted by Dhammaboy. I agree I think some people are dealing with a compound problem of fungal/bacterial infections and the condition itself. You gotta stay clean. A course of Antibiotics isn't a bad idea if your lips are really bad like mine were.
