Genova is a reputable lab so if you tested clear you should be ok. Did you do 3 samples in 3 containers over 3 days? Was there fixative in the pots?
I have to say I first tested positive for entamoeba coli (not to be confused with e.coli and not supposed to be harmful). Then I ate lots of pumpkin seeds and took Grapefruit-Seed-Extract etc. and was quite confident I was clear. I tested again a few months later at the full moon only to find I was positive to both entamoeba coli and dientamoeba fragilis. Somebody had told me parasites "shed" at the full moon and it was a good time to test and treat them.
