Yes, before my Liver Flushes I did bowel cleansing,(P&B), also took parasite herbs for a couple of months.
Almost right from the start I was elimating muciod matter and still to this day (almost everyday) do.
No, I haven't gotten hold of Dr. Hilda's book to read yet, but most likely will read it if I get a copy.
So my program was starting with P&B shakes (2X's a day) for a few week, then add parasite herbs for a few months. Now just back to using P&B 2X's a day. This seems to be working well for me and I look forward to Liver Flush No. 6.
I may do a 10 day or so Master-Cleanse when the kids are back at school, but I will include P&B shakes with my cleanse.
