I don't understand H&B shakes, what are they? Where did you get your information to start with. I was taking olive leaf extract for a long time, but quit and now I just use grapefruit oil when I feel like I'm getting sick. I have psorisis over 35% of my body. I've had this since I was 15, I'm 48. Suffer from cronic joint and muscle pain also. I am a long haul trucker and because of that I've gained alot of weight. Currently I am on a plan that is working to take the weight off. Ever other day I eat only fruit. This is seeming to work on the weight and also cleansing my system a bit. Could you please give me alittle more detail as how you started and with what. Thank you Tweet
