Re: Colema Boards

I purchased my board through http://www.amenhealth.com and I also happen to know that you can order them by phone straight from the manufacturer.

There is limited cleanup requied after using the board. I just put it in the shower and hose it off so it's not very hard. It is much easier to clean up than an enema. I've been there and they are sometimes very messy.

Colonics can be used anytime by themselves maybe with an exception to people with certain problems with their colon. I'm not a doctor but I have done a lot of research on the subject. You do want to be careful of doing it too often as the body can become dependant on colonics for bowel movements. The body will only do as much as is needed. Ideally it is a good idea to change your diet and eat healthier as it can only healp the effectiveness of the colema board, but I'm sure this was designed for people with an imperfect diet because anyone with a perfect diet wouldn't be in need of one. I personally use the colema board when I'm on the #59 vitratox seven day cleansing program which is once a day for seven days. I do this program twice a year and I always feel awsome afterwards. Other than that I just use it occasionally to releive constipation and things like that.
