Can you tell us where you bought your board from? Also is it very messy and do you need to do a lot of cleaning up after the colema?

I also had a general question about colonics: Can they be done by themselves leading a normal lifestyle or do we need to be following a special diet or one of the many cleansing programs in order to do one?
